Delete Lamxo data

You can ask for your Lamxo data to be deleted at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what the law requires us to keep.

1. Delete your Lamxo account

Lamxo uses the same account as Izaaja. Email support@lamxo.com from your account email address, with the subject "Delete Lamxo data". Say whether you want only Lamxo data deleted (outlets, staff, till sales, and store customers), or the whole Izaaja account with its stores. An email from the account address is the proof that the request comes from its owner.

We reply within 14 days. Before deletion, we remind you to export any sales and customer data you still need.

2. What is deleted

Outlets, staff and their PINs, receipt settings, customer data (name, phone, email, points), attendance, and commissions are permanently deleted 14 days after the request is confirmed.

3. What is kept

Sales, receipt, and tax records are kept for 10 years — or longer if the law of your store's country requires — without buyer names, phone numbers, or emails. Subscription payment records (date, amount, invoice number) are also kept for bookkeeping.

4. Delete one store customer's data

The store owner, or staff given permission, can export and delete one customer's data directly from the customer list in Lamxo. The name, phone, and email are blanked; sales history stays without identity. While that customer still has unpaid store credit, deletion is refused and the reason is shown. Every export and deletion is recorded in the audit log.

5. Are you a buyer at a store that uses Lamxo?

That store holds your data, so ask the store directly. If you cannot reach it, email dpo@izaaja.com with the store's name and city; we pass your request on to the store and let you know it has been passed on.

6. Subscriptions through Google Play

Deleting data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play app as well (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), so the next charge does not go through.
