Lamxo Terms of Service

Updated 24 October 2026 · effective from the day Lamxo opens to the public

This agreement is between you and PT IZAAJA SOLUSI DIGITAL, Jl. Marelan Raya 7 Pasar 1 Tengah, Medan Marelan, North Sumatra 20255, Indonesia, NPWP 10.000.000-083.002.96 ("we"). By using Lamxo, you accept it. We kept it as short as we could; the parts about money and tax are deliberately the clearest.

1. What Lamxo does

Lamxo is a point-of-sale app for physical stores: it records sales, prints receipts, reduces stock, and sends reports to the Izaaja dashboard. Lamxo uses the same account, login, and inventory data as Izaaja. Lamxo is not a bank, not an e-wallet, and not a tax adviser.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher, and authorised to act for the business you register. Lamxo opens country by country; countries that have not opened yet cannot use the till.

3. Accounts, outlets, and staff

You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, including actions by staff you give access to. Keep passwords and PINs safe; tell us at once if your account is used without permission.

Risky actions — voiding or returning a sale, discounts above the limit, manual price changes, and opening the drawer without a sale — require a supervisor PIN. The supervisor PIN is your key: anyone who knows it is treated as acting with your permission.

4. Money from your buyers

Your sales money never passes through us. For QR, Lamxo shows your own QR code; the buyer types the amount, and your cashier presses "Paid" after confirming the money arrived. Lamxo does not read your bank account and cannot confirm that a payment really happened — that check is your cashier's responsibility.

Card payments are made on your bank's EDC terminal and recorded manually in Lamxo. Lamxo never asks for and never stores card numbers. Cash differences, counterfeit money, and payments declined by a bank are outside our responsibility.

5. Receipts and tax

Lamxo builds receipts and reports following the rules of your store's country, based on the data you enter: tax registration status, tax number, rate, and outlet address. Your tax obligations remain yours — registering, calculating, paying, and filing with the tax office. Lamxo reports help, but do not replace advice from a tax professional.

Receipt numbers for each outlet run in sequence without gaps, and voided sales stay on record rather than being deleted. In countries that limit uncertified tills to a certain turnover, the till is locked once that limit is passed until the country's requirements are met; we tell you in advance.

6. Stock and prices

Each outlet is one warehouse. When the switch "This outlet's stock is also sold online" is on, sales at the till reduce the stock that is also sold in your online stores through Izaaja. You are responsible for the accuracy of opening stock, offline prices, and weighed-goods settings. A weighed item with an unrecognised code is never sold at a zero price; the till rejects it.

7. Your store's customer data

For buyer data you keep in Lamxo (name, phone number, email, purchase history, points, and store credit), you are the data controller and we are the processor acting on your instructions. You must ask buyers for consent before storing their data — Lamxo does not save a customer without recorded consent — and you must answer buyers' requests to see or delete their data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Free and paid plans

The free plan includes 30 transactions per month per account, counted across all outlets together. The 31st transaction in the same month is refused by the till until the next month or until you subscribe. A voided sale gives the allowance back; a return does not.

Paid plans are available monthly, for 6 months, and yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you pay, paid in advance through Midtrans or Google Play, and a Lamxo subscription is separate from an Izaaja subscription. We give at least 30 days' notice of changes to prices or plan contents; changes apply from the next period. Your consumer rights under the law of your country are not reduced by this section.

9. Failed subscription payments

If a renewal is not paid, the account returns to the free plan once the paid period ends. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment; you can still view and export it.

10. What is not allowed

  • Selling goods or services that are prohibited by the law of your store's country.
  • Using Lamxo to hide sales from the tax office, forge receipts, or launder money.
  • Storing buyer data without consent, or using it for purposes the buyer did not agree to.
  • Reverse engineering, copying, or circumventing the app, plan limits, or our security systems.
  • Sharing one paid account with another business you do not own.

Serious breaches can lead us to suspend the account. Where possible, we notify you and give you the chance to fix things first.

11. Outages and limits of liability

The first stage of Lamxo needs an internet connection. When the connection or our servers are down, the till cannot record new sales; keep a backup method (for example handwritten notes) and enter them again once service returns. We work to keep Lamxo running, but do not promise it will be free of outages.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss is at most the Lamxo subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect losses, errors in data you enter, actions of your staff, tax penalties caused by inaccurate data, or failures of networks, banks, and other providers. This limit does not apply to our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and does not reduce rights that by law cannot be limited.

12. Indemnity

You compensate us for claims by others that arise from the goods you sell, buyer data you store without the right to, or your breach of this agreement and applicable law.

13. Events beyond control

Neither party is in breach when prevented by natural disaster, war, civil unrest, widespread power or internet outages, government decisions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

14. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time and ask for your data to be deleted through the Delete data page. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Before the account closes, you have time to export sales and customer data. Transaction and tax records stay with us for as long as the law requires.

15. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. If you are a consumer in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, or the Philippines, the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply. We prefer to settle disputes by discussion; if that fails, disputes go to the competent court in Indonesia, unless the law of your country says otherwise.

16. Changes

We announce important changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop before that date at no extra cost.

17. General terms

This agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, is the whole agreement about Lamxo. If one clause is invalid, the others still apply. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it together with the Lamxo business, with notice. If the Indonesian version and a version in another language differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
