To get help faster

  • Tell us the country and city of your store, and how many outlets you have.
  • If you already use Izaaja, include your Izaaja account email.
  • Describe what you sell — for example weighed goods, items with an IMEI, or goods with an expiry date — so we can answer precisely.

We never ask for your password, till PIN, or OTP code. If anyone asks for them in Lamxo's name, do not share them.
