Choosing a till app for a physical shop that also sells online
Five questions to answer before choosing a till, if you also sell the same items on Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada.
Lamxo is a point-of-sale app for your physical shop that uses the same stock as your Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada stores in Izaaja. When an item sells at the counter, your online stock goes down too. No more items sold twice because stock was kept in separate records.
Log in with your Izaaja account. Your customers’ money goes straight to your own bank account or QR code.
Lamxo does not create a new catalog. It uses the products and warehouses you already have in Izaaja.
One outlet is one physical warehouse in Izaaja. Fill in the outlet address and receipt settings, then set up the till on an Android phone or tablet.
Scan barcodes, weigh items, and accept cash, your shop’s own QR, or a bank EDC machine. Receipt numbers run in order with no gaps, per outlet.
Every sale reduces the stock of that outlet’s warehouse, and Izaaja passes the latest stock on to your online stores. Physical shop sales also appear in your Izaaja reports.
Designed for retail shops that also sell online: from clothing shops and grocery stores to phone shops.
A scan matches the barcode first, then the SKU. Items without a barcode can be found by name.
Sell by the kg or by the litre. You set the barcode format from your scale for each outlet, and test it with one sample label before saving.
The QR shown is your own shop’s QR, so the money does not pass through us. Customer credit (kasbon) is recorded in full, with its limit.
Voids, returns, discounts above the limit, manual price changes, and opening the drawer without a sale need a manager’s PIN. Who approved each one is recorded.
Open and close shifts with a cash count, X and Z reports, and stock counts whose differences are recorded in the warehouse.
Member points, tiered wholesale prices, store credit from exchanges, plus cashier attendance and commission.
Receipt and tax rules differ in every country. Lamxo opens only in countries whose rules we have met, and we say so plainly.
Shops that are already required to use e-Invoice in Malaysia, Vietnam, or Taiwan cannot use the till until the e-Invoice connection for that country is available. Lamxo will tell you clearly on screen, not quietly.
Every account gets 30 free till transactions per month, across all outlets. The 31st transaction is declined with a clear message until the month changes or you subscribe.
Ask about plan pricesCounted per account, across all outlets. A voided sale gives its allowance back; a return does not.
Plan prices will be announced when Lamxo launches. Pay through Midtrans or Google Play.
Lamxo uses the same account, staff, and access permissions as Izaaja. A cashier sees only what their role allows.
The QR shown at the till is your shop’s QR. Customers’ card numbers are never stored: EDC payments are only recorded.
Receipt numbers run in order with no gaps, a void never deletes a line, and tax records are kept for 10 years.

A label from a scale holds an item code and a weight or price. Here is how it is read, and why the format must be set to match your own scale.
Why stock never matches when the physical shop and the online store are recorded separately, and how one stock for every place prevents items being sold twice.
